I just love how I had the pilot for The Lone Gunmen on my computer, and its the first thing my mom mentioned when I woke up that morning.

Screw conspiracy theories though, what happened happened ... too bad we didn't go after those who were responsible, or try and ascertain what we did to have it happen in the first place.

If there were another 'terrorist' attack domestically, I feel it would be entirely justified.

Of course, there never was any real evidence that a plane hit the Pentagon - I'm willing to bet 50% of Americans think the Twin Towers were the only things hit on 9/11, the Media never mentions the Pentagon.

I also recall reading that those 'hero stories' about the people on the final flight overpowering the hijackers later turned out to be false (the Feds themselves said it didn't happen, a year or two after 9/11); perhaps the Feds downed both that plane and the supposed Pentagon one ... but nothing happened from it anyway, so launching a missle at their own headquarters doesnt' seem to have made any sense or any measurable difference in America's response anyway.

There was another video showing a missle being "launched" into the WTC from under the wing of the plane. :rolleyes:

BTW. there is video of a plane crashing into the Pentagon from a parking lot security camera.

I don't see where the Snopes page supports the conspiracy theory. Maybe I missed it....

One of the first things I learned at cop school was how widely varied eyewitness testimony can be, especially in a high stress situation.

If you interview 20 people after a bank robbery, you're likely to get 20 different descriptions of the suspect and his actions. The trick is to try and seperate the wheat from the chaff.

Against my better judgement, I'll go ahead and pose this question.....(assuming there is even the slightest amount of validity to the conspiracy theory)
