red checkered inserts...no rips/tears or stains
they are dirty and need some cleaning tho

these are officially for sale.....they are heated with airbags (newer style plug)....and are clean and ready to go

What would I have to do to get these to fit into my 00?

are those just for the fronts? or front and rear?

its the fronts and the rear covers-----
they fit all mk4 golf/gti/jettas---its the airbag plug that is different on the earlier ones----i can swap it out for you if you want-but that would be a lunch on top of what im asking for the seats;)

So what exactly would I have to do in order to get the plugs to work?

Cut and splice the wires?

bad idea to cut airbag wires. if you have to, you need to use gold connectors. it's better to pull the wires outta the connector and put them into the new one.

yeah, you could cut and splice or remove the covers off you seats and disconnect the harness at the airbag and then do the same for the recaros and swap-----its not hard, thats what i did, since they came with the old style plug---i dont think i still have the harness anymore
