I don't doubt that they had sex, but i think she wanted it.... And now she wants his money.

He's guilty of cheating on his wife... but not rape. (Evidence available does not support the rape theory).

What's interesting to note are the police calls from the Bryant residence one night before Kobe came out and admitted that he slept with the girl at the hotel.

Let's just say, his wife wasn't too happy.
We don't hear too much about this part of the story on the news.

yeah, the whole thing was pretty much a fuckin joke. i can't believe the judge even let it go as far as it did considering all the screw ups by colorado law enforcement. and then the things that were going to potentially be inadmissable, like the fact that she had sex with somebody else between the time kobe supposedly raped her and the time she went to the hospital for the rape examination. how can some shit like that be considered not important? and she said she didn't want money in the beginning, that she just wanted justice since he really did it!! that went out the window pretty fast.

But if you read his apology it pretty much admits that they had sex against her will. Straight out of his own mouth.

yeah, but if you read some of the other stuff, she basically agreed to drop the case if kobe would issue that apology. it may not even go to civil suit which means there may already be some cash settlement in place.
