anyway.....there is this rule where, if you're late more than 30 minutes----they turn you around and wont let you work for that day.....something about employee morale (its unfair for those who show up on time)

and you have to be there a day before and a day after a holiday to get paid for the holiday......guess what??? no holiday pay for me---i forgot to set that alarm and woke up late:mad:

well this year, i believe the union is gonna negotiate the contract with the company (probably give up more stuff than they did on last contract...with no cost of living increase)

anyway, thats why im posting at this time of the day

i make my own hours. i can show up 6 hours late. as long as i work my 8 hours and get my work done, my boss pats me on the back :)

there is no exscuse for being consistantly late!! that is what they are tired of.

Easy fix wake up earlier.
