MK3 Black GTI

I was having lunch in the Del Mar heights road shopping center, and while trying to find a parking spot I spotted an MK3.

It was black, and it has a license plate that says MK3. The rims were really nice too, black with silver if I recall correctly. Nice drop on it. Anyways just thought I would see if you were maybe on here and just never noticed it. Anyone know who owns this car or have seen it previously???
