I got this mount made by ChaseCam today. This should be a fun little toy. I was getting some pretty crazy looks from other drivers as I'm driving by with a camera stuck to my door. :)

Does the lens have a rock guard? :) I'd make sure I had some kind of filter protecting the lens ;)

I thought of that too. :p It has a UV filter on it. Oh, and it's tethered with a nylon tether just in case.

maybe i'll just attached a bungee cord from inside the car and the other end to my girlfriends belt loop and have her dangle outside the car with the camera.. -_-
