Whats with the headlights... Did Bangle leave BMW for Audi or something?

I dunno about that one.

My understanding was this is just a B6 refresh, it's not a completely new platform so at best it's a B6.5 ... but I guess I COULD be wrong.

No. its officially B7 ... and yes ... it is mostly a cosmetic redesign ... but they still calling it a B7

Weird ... And as far as the Passat is concerned, when it's released will it be a B6 or a B7?

I think it needs a bit more cosmetics to seperate itself from the A4.

i'm liking it. i'd change the front grill so that it had no license plate area. i think that would make the new front grill look better by just being 1 big area.

as for platform changes, its mostly cosmetic although supposedly the engine placement is a little different giving better weight distribution and balance.

new cars need new wheels......why do they keep using the same wheels on new cars. I like them and all, but they really need to go now update the new S4's and the next generation S4's with new wheels. Just my opinion.........

looks good....maybe if the mid-section of the front grill ( the part that is bumper) was painted body color it might look better.....and yes those wheels need to go.....I would defiantley buy one.....
