I'm sure that there are Conservative campuses that do the same thing.

I know that at OCC the Anti-War people were getting harassed and had their signs taken down as well.

The Bias goes both ways.

I haven't watched it yet but I feel pretty well molded into conformity by the need to be "Politically Correct" so I'm kinda looking forward to when the download finishes.

I'll post up later tonight when I have time to watch it.

I just finished watching this. Good post!

As with everything in life, you have to take it with a grain of salt but it really does illustrate a point that many conservatives have been arguing for awhile. You can make all the liberal comments you wish but if you make a conservative one then you are basically intolerant, racist, evil, etc etc etc. Actually its more than just conservative vs liberal but its late and I don't want to argue over the Internet on a car forum about this right now.

Surprisingly not that many, though community colleges tend to be more conservative than 4-year institutes, and liberal arts colleges more than hard core "trade" colleges (Engineering etc).
I don't know if it's because faculties are a self-selecting group, or whether it's an inherent higher education bias, but I've taken classes at a number of colleges in different states, and they definitely lean leftward.

Community Colleges tend to have more diversity in race and monetary backgrounds.

Universities tend to be more for those that can afford it and typically better achievers

I have heard nothing but great things about community colleges in Cali. I go to MiraCosta, and the education is top notch. I think the main advantage of Community College is small classes. It's kind of wierd considering that everyone is so eager to move on...
