Try ross-tech.com. They usually have them in stock at about the best price you're going to find.

I got mine from ECS tuning. I think it was on sale.

If you have a VAG you can get it from Ross Tech for a discount too I think

I went to ross-tech, the price is good, 70 bucks, but it's only for people who are current VAG-COM users...oh well...

ECS is 80... When I ordered mine though they were cheaper as like a special so maybe they'll have another sale.

Probably not as extensive as the Bentley manuals, but i saw one day at Pep Boys that Haynes does have a manual now for the MKIV Golf/Jetta/GTI for like $20.

Does anyone know if the CDROM manual has a print feature to print pages so you can refer to them without having ot run back and forth from the computer, (no laptop here, yet).
