What was the first mod you did when you first got your current car? :smokem:

To answer my own question, I haven't done anything yet. I have only had the car for 10 days, and already had a preplanned trip to Disneyland this coming Tuesday.

i did the ecu, fuel pressure regulator, intake, turbo inlet pipe and a new bypass valve

black electrical tape on the headlight switch to turn off the daytime runners, i love the "mods"(if you can call it that) that cost under $5.

first real mod was weitech springs and shocks

Purchased: T-Rex 4 piece Billet Grilles... delivered with the truck, but installed ~2 weeks later.

Installed: 3M 24" Extended Clear Bra... installed the day after delivery.

Apparently the turbo badge on the rear trunk (http://linus.grumblemutterspit.org/car.php?c=0&p=5&i=4), as they didn't start putting them on stock until the 2003MY .

Picked up the GLI on the New Years eve of 05. By the time I made it to the Big So Cal GTG (16 Days) I had P-Flow intake, Tint all the way around, Cat Back, GIAC-X Plus, Euro Switch, and about a thousand miles on the clock.
