MKIV on 20"

Does anybody no of someone running 20" or run 20" on a MKIV jetta. What problem if any? I found a dark blue wagon on vortex ( i cant upload the Pic i'll try later) that just looked insane. Any help ?

i'm running 19's and barely clearing it.. i would suggest doing a bit of modification to your car before throwing it on 20's.. it can be done, as there was a guy on the vortex with a plat grey jetta running them..

need to roll the fender lip and probably cut out part of the wheel well....ive seen it ....its not pretty

The wagon you are talking about was on airbags and running 20" HRE's. It can look good but you have to use a good looking wheel and be able to get the stance right. Otherwise the car is going to look like a 4x4 and look bad imho.

Ive got 19's and with 1.8in drop any lower or taller wheels it would be a problem. If you drive agressively i would not recommend it the wheels start getting really heavy and the clearance problems will surely tear up the fender lips making right or left turns through dips and drive ways .
