so i've been scanning through a lot of the different forums for information on the caravan to ventura on may 20th for the big gtg. there seems to be so many different thoughts as to when people are meeting, and where. i dont know many in the scene, but i would really love to roll up with everyone. i plan to meet in carlsbad as i am in solana beach, and the official caravan time for carlsbad is meet at 8am and depart at 8:30. i see other people saying they will get to carlsbad by like 9:30 which seems late to me. anyways, would i be safe to assume that if i showed up at 8 to meet everyone, people will be there? just looking to meet some new people and have fun rolling up in big caravan. i've never gotten to do that yet.

so if you are planning to meet in carlsbad at the given time of 8am, post here and reassure me that this is the place and time to be there.

carlsbad is the official spot for San Diego

i think it's the Sears parking lot @ UTC. i could be wrong though.

Who else is gonna be at the Carlsbad meet-up to caravan to the GTG? Because when I went there to go to Dubfest there was one Mini Cooper and no one else showed up! :D

I plan on being at the UTC caravan, which (i think) will stop to pick up the Carlsbad caravan and we can rollup to Ventura as one big happy family - i got all my sisters and me.

hm, forgot what stores were around but it's right beside the main bus stop... it's across the plaza w/ the starbucks on the other side of genessewhatevver.

once the La Jolla Caravan arrives are we going to go strait to the GTG or stop? I would like to suggest to NOT stopping again to make it easier so there is not alot of stopping and going. Plus if we keep stopping we wont get there until late.

we could go straight there from carlsbad, but everyone will split up and spread out once we get to OC, midas well regroup somewhere in OC. i know once we got to OC the caravan was so spread out we only got to drive up with 3 cars and that sucked.
