I would put the stock wheels back on and maybe do some suspension work. Other than that, clean for a '99. :)

If you have the tires on them still.. you can put it on yourself. Or are you not comfortable doing that? :confused:

I always thought a black car with a little chrome looks nice...i bet if you had HRE chrome wheels people would be like ohhhhh nice wheels. LOL. You already have the wheels, work on the suspension. Maybe FK or H&R cup kit

sooner or later you will have to take off the tint on the front winshield. Both CHP and local police are all over that in the san diego area.

Those wheels definitely have to go. Other than that...looks clean to me.
