Whose signature: beat any ticket link?

Hi,

I remember seeing about a month ago a link on somebody's signature that said "Beat any speeding ticket!" or something similar. I read the link and it seemed pretty good. I just received an illegal tint ticket, and was curious if anyone knew an easy way to get out of it and not go through the hassle of removing and reinstalling. I think that link might have said something about window tint too... thanks. -Sam
