Thats not a bad price for the complete assembly, that includes the Projection headlight assemblies plus the HID bulbs, ballasts and igniters plus the adapter harness to make it work with the stock wiring harness. If you think about it thats about 1600 in parts for 1400. Not a bad deal in my opinion.
