OK, I figured I'd post a positive experience (so far) with Mirimar Audi since I've liked to rip on them. I've had an awesome experience so far. The lady who scheduled my appointment was really nice and even set up my loaner so I didn't have to go in at 7am (like others have told me I *needed* to do). The service guy George Gushulak was really cool--he even builds hot rods on the side. He's great at communicating and has kept me in the loop for my unfortunately expensive checklist of maintenance/repairs. Last night my loaner car broke down unfortunately but George sent a new loaner to me first thing in the morning--I didn't even have to go pick it up!
So there's my positive experience with them so far that I thought I'd share.

Maybe they are about to wake up and start to offer service. Hell i was so PI##ED when i was there to order a part. Hopefully we can hear about good service more often in the future.

I've had pretty good luck. On my last trip, I dealt with Brett. He's pretty good about returning calls and keeping customers in the loop. I did get there at 7, so I got a loaner, and of course, I started the day a lot happier.

I have been with Miramar since august of 04, always had great service and never any problems. I just wish they would have continued with the Audi loaners...

Miramar has been good to me too! They didn't void my warantee after seeing my intake and intercooler. All the dude told me was "you have a highly modified vehicle..but we don't like to screw people over like that."

Ok, I hate to be picky, but you've posted a lot of things about Miramar Audi, and the Marine Corps Base, and I just have to say it's spelled MIRAMAR...
As in "Look at the ocean" in Spanish.
That is all.
Yes, I am a picky bitch. Thanks :)
