Learn to juggle clubs. That's about all they are doing with a little bit of contact juggling. The wierd thing with bottles is the weight moves. Try jugging a few water bottles and you'll see what I mean. I can't tell but it looks like the bottles they are using are totally full.

If you know your drinks and can twirl a shaker on your hand... I would call it good.
