I am selling 5 19x8.5 Rial Daytona Race wheels offset et30 on 5x112 with 5 Falken Azenis st115 245-35 tires. The tires have about 75% left on them and the wheels look beautiful except for some minimal curb rash on only one wheel.
I have put 0 miles on them since I got them because they don't fit my B5 S4. They don't clear the front breaks on my car. I have test fitted them on my friends '03 Passat and they fit perfectly. I bought them from a B6 A4 owner, so that means they fit A4 perfectly as well.
I'm asking $1,600 picked up(San Diego), keep in mind that I'm selling 5 wheels and tires.

On my B5 S4(they are hitting the front calipers, A4 might work)

wheels are hot. good price, i think. it's been a while since i've been on vortex, but those have to be a good deal for 5 rims/tires. tell your friend with the passat to buy them, it looks good on his car.

He was going to buy them, but he decided that he wants 18's incase he needs to put chains on. We go snowboarding every weekend during the season. Oh, and I will never drive my car to Big Bear in the winter again!! The salt sand blasted the lower parts of my fenders.

I have a friend who is seriously interested... He recently purchased an mkv gti and it has the same bolt pattern (5x112)... We just checked his brakes and it seems he has a lot of clearance. What is the et? If it's 30 I don't think it will have a problem. Anyways... Call me @ (951)515-6216 so I can get more info for him. Many thanks, Tony :)

I think you found yourself a buyer friend! My friend and I will test fit my Rial 18s on his mkv with the same et to see if it will clear. I know some peeps have a et40 on Vortex and et30 will give it more clearance if anything....

THe issue on the MKV isn't the brake clearance but the pokage that is going to be going on with that et. Hope he isn't lowered

Exactly!!! Mucho pokage...but hey, you can angle your splash guards ;) My stockies are ET 50, my A8 Monoblocks are ET 48 and I can probably tuck them with no rub. Peeps doing ET 35 on the tex are rubbing with minor lowering....do the math. Post Pix :D

Nah, he's not lowered yet. But I wonder how much he can drop without rubbing?

Hey Tony, I don't think your 18s will fit on his mkv since our mkiv have 5x100 bolt pattern.
I hope everything works out though!

Nah, he's not lowered yet. But I wonder how much he can drop without rubbing? I think if he stays stock height, he can get away with it, but it will look funny....and he would pretty much have to drive alone..any more weight in the car will cause rubbing.......

Hey Wilson! Yah, I was just going to test fit the offset on the ride to check if it will clear the Brake Calipers but that won't be an issue at all. I'm now more concerned if his mkv can fit the 19x8.5 with an et of 30 without major pokage and w/o rubbing issues in the front during turns or hard bumps... He still has his stock suspension on with the 18" Hufeisen wheels with an et of 50. My friend Mike is all for it but I just don't want him to have problems down the line.

Thanks Syn for the follow ups. I really think the wheels are hot but I'm looking out for my bro. I've posed this question on the vtex and someone mentioned @ et 35 they get rubbing issues on hard turns and on bumps with 18s.
Anyone else want to take a crack of this so my friend can make up his mind?

I wouldn't do it just for the fact that 19's with no drop will look a bit silly and with that wheel and offset combination it just won't work out right.
