Hey everyone...

Pulling out of the driveway this morning, put it in first... and the clutch goes. Rolled to the curb, put on the e-brake and sat there....for a good 10 minutes swearing.

so, suggestions for a new clutch? do you have any? im sure i will not be going to the stealership...cant stand the place. so what has everyone used?

thanks in advance

and I know, i spelt clutch wrong in the title

I too will vouch for the ECS Stage 1. My brother and I installed it ourselves so that saved me on install. But I did get quotes from the dealer and a couple other independent shops an they were all running ~$550-600 for strictly labor since I was bringing in the parts.

if you're a 1.8T, make sure to get the VR6 clutch for an upgrade ;)

yea it will work you just need a 1.8T flywheel. And I had a buddies dad do the install for me, it was 400 and he came to my work got the car-did the install-and had it back to my work within 5 hours or so. It was the best service ive ever had.
