Ok, so I took my car into Hoehn this week to get some warranty work done, got a new intrument cluster, they fixed some basic problems, and other stuff. I told them the rearview and the driver side mirror weren't dimming any more. They replaced the rearview mirror and said that was the reason the drivers side wasn't dimming. When I got the car on the road during night, the driver side still doesn't dim. Now the dilemma is, that I live in Irvine, and my warranty is pretty much over (I have 130 miles left.) I could take it back to them, but I would go over 100k in the process of driving there. Do you think they'd fix it, no charge, even if I'm over 100k? My other option would be to take it to Commonwealth or Mission Viejo, because they're much closer, but I wouldn't want to have to pay the $50 deductible for something that should have already been fixed. Tried to call AoA, but they were already closed. What do you guys think?

call them...explain the mileage issue...and they should warranty the item no questions asked.

I would take it make to Hoehn. They have the original complaint in their system. And remember, every dealership has Goodwill. They can cover something out of warranty -within a certain mileage.Just to make sure, call and speak with their customer service rep.
