Are there any free editors out there that or good for resizing images?

Microsoft has a free image resizer. Once you install it, you can right-click on any picture and hit "Resize image." You can use the presets, or customize your own size. It is very handy not only for one picture, but for doing multiple at one time.

Here is the list of "Power toys" that microsoft has. Just download the image resizer. Some of the other ones are very usefull as well. Check them out.
