In case anyone is looking for a job, here are some positions opened where I work:
Administrative Assistant
PRIMARY FUNCTION: Performs a variety of general administrative and clerical duties to support efficient operation of the department.
(POSSIBLE) Receptionist
PRIMARY FUNCTION: Answer phones, greet guests, etc.
This is a Real Estate Relocation company in Mission Viejo. Both position should be permanent spots. Its a lot of paper work for the admin spot (mostly data entry and sorting). Receptionist spot is a no-brainer. Pretty much sit there, answer the phones, and not piss anyone off. PM me for details if interested. Just throwing this out there for anyone :D
