So, we just got new uniforms where i work. Before, we used to wear a maroon polo shirt with black pants.

Now, we're wearing a kahki colored long sleve buttoned up shirt, black pants with long aprons.

Now who in their right mind decides to change the uniforms to long sleve shirts in the middle of summer?!? For thos ewho don't remmeber where i work or don't know. I work at LoneStar (No, we don't throw peanuts on the ground and yes we line dance at night). Now, does lone star seem like a cheesecake? That's what the company is trying to do.

But anyway, i hate it with a bloody passion:tdown:

it doesn't get cold enough for us.

if they gave us our new uniforms in the fall or something like that, maybe i'd be okay with it... but it's the middle of summer. and these shirts are not thin.

ill trade with you......you can work outdoors on top of a bare tankcar that reaches 140 degrees and must wear steel toe boots/hardhat/long pants/gloves/and a sleeved shirt in the summertime.......

hahahaha..... yeah, dancing in that shit is no fun at all... it sucks...

The shirts look great on guys... but when it comes to us girls... they look like crap... shit, it makes us look like we almost have no boobs.... hahaha

Hehe that's what I like about not having to deal with the public. Shorts and t-shirts for me everyday. :p

Amen to that. I'm chillin in the shorts right now.

Pia - There's always work at Texas Loosey's (http://www.texaslooseys.com/default.tpl?cart=33612759122182258) and Hooters (http://www.hooters.com/company/careers/hourly/). They never get overheated there.

I can't wait until we finally get our promised uniforms ... female coworker will be mad that she has to wear BDUs and a polo like us; if its short-sleeve they'll have to deal with me showing a bit of ink :p

um............. no on both!

i don't wear a pound of makeup like hooters and i don't like to wear skantaly clad clothing, not my kinda style.... hahahhaa
