Was thinking of getting some different gauge cluster faces and the rings that go around the speedo and tach. Was wondering if its a pretty easy thing to change, or will it take some time to do?

It is pretty easy. When I did it I thought that it was going to be REALLY difficult because I couldnt figure out how to take the needles off. I sat there for 30 minutes wondering then looking at the web then wondering some more then searching the web some more. I finally came down to just yanking it stright off. The needles will come straight off the metal pins. After you get that far then the old faces will pop right off and you can pop the new ones on. I have the ABD Racing Sivler Gauge faces. Look nice when you are done. It could really take you less than 30 minutes to do the entire process. It took me an hour bacuse I didnt know what I was doing.
