nice; i drove one a while back. Im wiating for the used prices to drop to about 60, so i can get one :P by '08 the R should be paid off, and ill be looking at getting a used M5.

Dang that 3rd gear chirp means power.. i get 3rd chirps every so often but thats insane.

Do you know how it compairs with the E39 M5? My room mate has the E39 and boy is it fun to drive(he almost never lets me drive it though). It has alot of low end power, it pulls at 2k in 6th like my jetta at 5k in 1st.

No matter how you look at it any M5 is a beast!

I drove the e60 back in feb, and was not impressed. Everything is too computerized. It's no longer a drivers car, IMO.

Great car, just not what I prefer.

God I wish I worked for 5th gear. That clip is awsome. :smokem: Tiff drives the snot out of that M5, man what a driver and what a car.
