Just got back from a family vacation in Yosemite National Park. We all had a very good time and hiked an accumulative 15-20 miles easy going to see most of the waterfalls :p Such an awesome and beautiful park.

Sheila and I may head back there next March just the two of us so we can really explore the place without me having to carry 30+lbs on my back :p We really do like it up there...

The end of April is a really good time to go to Yosemite.
Weather is good, but the crowds haven't arrived yet.

what lodge did you stay in? i usually stay in house keeping (its also because its in the center of everything).
August is another great month to head out there. feels like early spring (not hot during the day and really cool at night) and you can see alot of the animals. i'd love to go back next march, but i'll be backpacking in europe.

Yeah, August was very nice. We stayed in a campground with my Mom's RV. I hear the lodge is very nice though. Sheila and I will be staying either in a cabin or at the lodge when we head back there. :)
