Sup guys ok i have a problem i just got a A4 1.8t it had aftermarket wheels on it already. it was vibrating like everyone seems to have a problem and the tire place said i need hub rings. so after buying hub rings i went back to get them installed and the hub rings dont fit!! So the guy said that he will order me the right ones.....my question is we looked up the rims i have i have Arceo Pro D1 but...eather they are 18x18.5 5x114 with a offset of 22 or they are 18x18.5 5x120 with a offset of 44...from what i have seen a4s are 5x112 with a ofset from 32 to 42??? so i am lost can someone help

the offset has nothing to do with virbating or needing hub centric rings.
The reason you need hubcentric rings is because VW/Audi use hub centric wheels that sit on the center bore hub to center the wheel.
So when you get a wheel that has a large center bore than the car there is nothing for it to sit on so when you bolt it down it may not be centered correctly.
You dont need hub centric rings, but they will help center the wheel on the car so there is no vibration.
I highly suggest them and would not run without but if you are skilled enough in putting the wheels on without you can center them correctly.
I have had a set of wheels rip off the hub because they vibrated enough to pull the lugs off while on the 10 freeway.
That is the reason i will never run without hub centric rings again. Not to scare you or anything :)
Keep in mind that your wheel could be centered right but if not balanced right it will also wiggle and vibrate.
