Room Mate Needed

I live in Rancho Cucamonga around the corner of Haven and Arrow RTE. I have a second bedroom to rent out and I need a reliable room mate.
Rent is $500 plus half the electric bill. Full run of house, your own bathroom, cable TV, Cable internet access.
I'm a quiet guy, usually never doing anything in the house. House is clean, non smoking ( smoking outside on the balcony ok. Need to be clean and quiet as well. No deposit needed.

Do you have a grage parking spot avaible? and does the bath room have a tub?

Sorry, No garage, but there is a covered parking spot that I would give up to the room mate. No extra charge. Yes, the bathroom does have a tub. :)

Well, room still up. Washer and Dryer in house too :)
Close to the 10, 210 and 15 freeways, close to Ontario Mills, Victoria gardens...

If i'd only found out about it sooner :P I'm goin to school at CSUSB and was lookin for a place, since my friend that lives in irvine just renewed his lease with his roommate and bailed on me, so i ended up signing up for on-campus housing. :/
