hey whats up guys, my name is mario and i rarely post here cause i always forget my password...:mad: ....but well i just want to ask some questions regarding the new gti's....im getting mine in two weeks...2007 White Gti..no sunroof no leather...im going to be paying for it so i can be picky about it.:eek: ...anyways..its my first volks...and i have no idea how the warrantees are on these cars....im looking into lowering it, chipping it first.....how are the dealerships with those mods?!?! im going to get it at carlsbad just for reference....thanx for your responses!!!!!:tup:

if you mod it, then the warranty for that component and related components could be voided.

so, for a chip, this means, ecu, engine, tranny, turbo, etc.

lowering would affect suspension - shocks, control arms, cv joint, wheel bearing, etc.

it really depends on the dealership though. some are more mod friendly than others.
