:smokem: What's up? I'm new to the website and the eurotuner world. I just became the proud owner of a '92 GTI 8v although I've been lusting for one for years. I'm looking for some other MkII owners to swap info and such. Any clubs or meets in the Riverside area I should know about? I've been cruising the boards and all I've seen is newer rides. My GTI is pretty basic but of course I have big plans for my baby...Thanks in advance for any info!

Welcome, there are still some MKII's around and I have the feeling they become very popular again. I am not in your area but will help you whenever I can on the website:tup:.

MK2's have always been popular

in my personal opinion, best Golf chassis, and ive owned MK1-MK4 cars

MK1's are nice and have a lot of feeling to them, but lack some of modernized features

MK4's are heavy and over luxurious and dont have as much driver feeling

MK3's are great, but they lack balance

MK2's are just amazing, great combination of european luxury but based on the drivers input
