...but can a rear sway be adjusted when the car is on the ground? I'm guessing "no." :o

depends, do you have an adjustible with holes? or a sliding pinch ring? Either way it can be done, but far easier if its in the air.

Absolutely, so long as you can reach it!

It's actually easiest adjusting sway bar links when the suspension is fully loaded. Drive onto some ramps and make the adjustments.

Leaving the suspension in full droop is not recommended when adjusting/removing sway bar links. They'll usually sit at odd angles, and sometimes you can tweak a bushing by fixing the bushing with the suspension in droop.

It's adjustable with holes (H-Sport). The rear is at full soft, and with new tires, I'm ready to tear it up!
