Turbo or Supercharged MK3 GTI 8v

I do not know which one to do. Should i supercharger my 96 gti 2.0l 8v, or should i turbo charge it? which would be better on power, and better for the car? please give me some advise...thanx alot!

why should i supercharge it wrather than turbo charge it?

supercharge will give it more power throughout the range, but a turbo will give you a kick in the pants ... so depends what ya want i suppose

a supercharger is also a lil easier on the engine plus the power band is a wider range. plus to change the boost you just need to change pullies and belts to set how much or little boost you need. i do believe super kits are cheaper for your engine too. :tup:
