I have a client/friend that I traded out 50% of an invoice for some parts on my MKIV GTI. I've decided to use that on some suspension gear. I have $1,200 (at wholesale pricing!) to spend.
Any recommendations on specific setups? I'm thinking coilovers since I drive up to the mountains so much in the winter and don't wanna jack my car on all the shit that falls off at the end of the season....

Thanks!
Emailing my contact for pricing on the Koni & Bilstein kits right now. I've had good luck with both of those brands on other cars.

Bilstein = yummy =)
Koni's are awesome too
cant go wrong with either brand, especially since they make 75% of the coilover shocks between the 2 of them

If you can afford it, Bilstein PSS9's are the shiz.

Ohlin's makes suspension for the MKIV's?
I didn't know that. I run an Ohlin's rear on my Aprilia, and they are badass. If they have something thats a direct bolt-on.....
Time to research.
