Re-Chroming HRE 543's

I realy need to have my HRE 543's 1(8"x9.5"&20"x10") recromed on my 98 xk8. Im not sure if I should have HRE do it (dont wanna pay that much) or have a chromer to just stip em and dip em. Does anyone know anywhere I can get em chromed cheep??

Are they steel??? Or do you want them polished?

Damn them rims must be HEAAAAAAVAVVVVVVVVYYYYYYY! Didn't know they manufactured steel rims...hell I guess if you can afford HRE's they will make em outta bannana's if ya wanted them too :p

*highly polished 6061T6 aircraft aluminum, the thing is, I need to get em stripped, then fill in any imperfections, then have em polish or powdercoated. I talked to the guys at HRE and Im still waitin on the price quote.
