Well, I ended up hooking up with a new company that set me up as their US retailer. Amongst other things of intrest is:
Forged connecting rods for 130each (for Volvo apps, I can do Audi/VW 1.8T and other motors for 150 each). Can get rods for the 850,x70, S60R and redblocks.
For 850/x70 owners they also sell this:

"drop in" OEM layout IC, with a bar and plate core, better lower end tank design (1000x better than OEM) and aluminum piping/connectors and tbolt clamps.
950USD shipped (though can do better deals if I can buy a couple at a time).

Intercooler or rods?
I dont believe they make S60R Ic's yet. I need to get one up in the air and take a look at it.
Rods I can help you out with though :-D
Im also working on a REAL chip tuning solution for R owners that blows everyone else out of the water ;-)

They look like normal H beam rods. I dont have a good picture of them anywhere atm.
Pistons Im working on, but the S60R pistons are VERY strong. Like 600BHP strong from what I hear. (remeber, Im running cast reinforced Mahle OEM pistons in my T5R)

Tis true.
But by the time you break the pistons, you'll have broken alot of other things as well. ;-)
