the neuspeed p-chip for the 2.0 without a SC is totally different software than the p-chip for a 2.0 running a SC. I have the p-chip on my 2.0, and i almost bought a neuspeed SC, called neuspeed and they said i would have to get my ecu reflashed with software for the SC. Totally different, and wont work properly with a car without the SC.

I talked to a NS rep 5 years ago before installing my NS s/c on my MK4 2.0. You cannot use this if you don't have a NS s/c. You will have an incorrect a/f ratio and it will ruin your engine's performance. This is only customed for the supercharger. This is not equivalent to an N/A 2.0 P-chip.

If you want to get rid of your S/C P-chip program, it is best to go to the dealer and have your ECU flashed(?) or realigned with their tool (I forgot what exactly they call it, it's been a while). - or call NS

I brought my MK4 2.0 with the supercharger in before and the mechanic messed with my ECU where I had to get it back to Neuspeed to get it reflashed for the S/C program.

so, you just want to trade straight up for a stock ECU. Whats the ECU code, says on the top of the ECU.

i'd reccomend buying a spare ecu to swap and selling the chipped one for anyone trying to piece together the sc kit (try vortex?)

its not likely you will find someone that will need/want a direct swap =P - and this way you might make a few dollaz
