I would definitely invest in at least the Stage I heads from VAC if not the Stage III heads... it's not that much more than the Stock Rebuilt ones. Remember your looking for the S50 Heads as your M3 is a 95.

as for myself, I am definitely getting the Stage III Heads from VacMotorsports... it's just a matter of time. Whenever I am ready from the engine rebuild, I guess.
