installing a lip kit

so i want to install my hamman front lip, it has to be glued on. what should i use and where can i get it? when i had my bmw front lip on(my sister ripped it off driving one day, long story) it was held on my this black glue stuff.

high strength epoxy. you can find it at Walmart or most auto stores. you may not be able to take them off without damage afterwards using epoxy.
