Tell us what sucks so we can add it to the list of gripes.

As we find time, we try to address what we can.

If you're gonna say something sucks, gotta tell us why otherwise its just gonna keep sucking.

Thank you guys for your hard work, I think the new site is tops! I think other peoples issues are caused by operator error and a little more time behind the key board is needed. :D

The more I am using it the more I like it. I love how you can scroll over a topi and it displays what is in the body of the post.

I like that we can reply to a thread and actually stay on to see the post. LOL Good work Tony! Lon, Rob, and everybody else who had a part in it

the only complaint i have is that the list of recent topics on the home page doesn't take you to the last post like it used too, but to the beginning, so if you've already been following a thread, and you see it come up to the home page again, its a little annoying that when you click on it, it doesn't take you to the last post. thats about all though!

I dont like the edit feature. just let me edit and dont make an ordeal about it. I liked the non-edited mentions of the old site.
To me you changed too much at once. Made it hard to navigate to the point I dont care to deal with it. Havent been here much really since the change.

but its not like the other active topics where it was divided into each forums, ie. anything u wanna say, gtgs, classifieds, etc. its just what was last posted. i guess im not in a "new" mood this month

I dunno if many of us have played with the options, but there are 4 different ways to view threads when you are logged in. Earliest, Latest, Threaded, and Hybrid. I am currently using Threaded and I love it! Allows you to view all posts from one page, no need to load new pages. It's sort of like audiworld style, but better! IF you haven't tried it out, I think it will make your browsing go much faster and smoother.

My only complaint is the sig's. Bring em back! (if you ever find a way to limit size or whatever..)

For the most part, I do like the site. But I have to agree with everyone's gripes.

1. "Active Topics" is different
2. No sigs
3. Very bland site design
4. Front page is inconsistant from the rest of the forum

Did I miss any?

new posts sucks, active topics actually showed posts for more than 2 hours and was easier to navigate, it wasnt broken, but u had to screw with it anyways.

BTW this site is a whole lot faster

Crean (and Richard) if you guys are using firefox, I recommend Spellbound (http://www.exchangecode.com/spellbound/) for all your spelling needs.

Post up your browser. Maybe there is a cross browser issue.

Could also be your cookies are turned off but I think the site warns you if they are. I'll take a look at the site this afternoon but I've tried it with mozilla (firefox), IE, and safari on 3 flavors of windows, 2 of mac OS, and 1 linux. It seems pretty reliable.

We'll find a way to get ya logged in.

Ya gotta love Firefox extensions.

As for sigs... they exist. I suppose you're specifically asking for IMAGES in sigs... why do you need them? You have your avatar, is there something else you wish to express? Does the size of your sig compensate for something else? Hmmmmmm? :D

New posts are sorted according to recent activity, but you can see what forum it belongs to by looking at the column on the right.

Well, typos don't bother me, because I'm sure that most people can actually spell when they concentrate on it.
What bothers me are the _actual_ mispellings. The one getting on my nerves recently is "payed" for "paid". Drives me bonkers.

I like the speed and now that I am getting used to it, I like the site. I have a question though. Are the post counts from the old site going to be carried over? On the other hand, can we keep it the way it is so we all have a chance to build up the post whore numbers?

I agree wholeheartedly ... and from what I know there is a new site style being developed. That was one of the nice things about sig images in that they broke up the flow of the messages so that they don't just bleed together like they seem to do now.
