Our family headed for Lima, Peru this Christmas. It was definetely interesting. The flight was 8.5 hours long. Being in the southern hemisphere meant that it was summer over there, so that in itself was odd. Here are a few of my favorite shots with a small caption to give you an idea of what it was like.
I took over 700 pics, but I doubt you want to see all of them. :D

Here we go:

First day there Gabby (my wifey) trying to look as un-American as possible. Looking too American could prove dangerous in a city plagued by theft and robberies. Luckily for us, Gabby's uncle is an agent with the Policia Nacional and was always armed and being our personal security/tourist guide.
