I need someone to make stickers

I'm looking for contact info for someone who can cut stickers. Are they all cut with lasers, now? I would like to have part of my command's logo cut out of reflective tape for our flight helmets, (20 of them) and using an Exacto would make me crazy.
Any info for a laser sticker cutter person would be much appreciated.
