So, I've installed a couple of these. Two of the installs were SUPER easy, did them by myself in about 45 minutes. This weekend I was helping install another one, and we (3 of us) worked on it for a solid 3+ hours. We did finally get the unit installed, but I still need to adjust it slightly (kinda twisted). I'm curious as to what other people's experiences have been installing these. Hard? Easy?

Mine was a pain!

I was having a hard time getting the turbo side on with that coolant line right in the way.

Its a silicone piece so the tolerances are not super tight. Some of them have enough play in them that they go right on. Others need a bit more work.

Slop some oil or grease on that bend in the tube and you can very carefully pry back the metal oil line slightly. Just my $.02, it helped a little bit.

Is that metal oil line in different locations between years? Even a 1/2" move would make it tough. That could explain a lot.
