if you know a tiny bit about FTP and a VERY tiny bit about HTML you can use Microsoft Front page... i know i said microsoft but it's really easy and pretty straight forward. if you have a mac, i know there's one for that but i forget the name (i think it's aperture or something along those lines??), and since your not using linux... i'll leave it there.
