I need a barber(ette) in North County.

I live in Rancho Bernardo and I normally get my hair cut in Coronado (Crown Barber Shop) because I work at North Island. The girl who cuts my hair only works 4 days a week, and I always need my hair cut on one of the other three days, or when I don't feel like driving to Coronado.
So I'm looking for a barber, somewhere in North County. My haircut is a simple fade, so I want to keep it cheap. (but not ncessarily "on-base cheap")
Barbershop or salon, either is fine. If she is a she, that's even better.

it took me 4 diff supercuts to find the perfect haircut lady...of course im in riverside and shes cute(a lil on the thick side but very cute) plus we always clown other ppl in there or shoot the shit while she fades me up. i hate those akward haircuts where its just silence...

done with super-cuts. fantastic sams is even worse. i have to be very specifiy on how i want my hair to be cut. and what i dont understand is that when i ask for them not to fade my hair so high, it still happens. so, now i go to some place off of hole in riverside (next to arby's).

makes me happy when i get it done because the lady never asks me how i want it cut ^.^

I get mine cut every two weeks. That's part of the reason I need to keep it cheap.
I have been to several random Supercuts and and a Fantastic Sams or two, and I just haven't found anyone I want to stick with.

I know what you mean about keeping it cheap, I get mine cut every week. On Miramar its pretty cheap, same with Chestys on Miramar Rd. I just don't like the way barbers that specialize in military cuts do, just too rough and they could care less if the fuck your head up. I found a pretty good place right down the road from me, Great Clips, in Scripps Ranch off Scripps Ranch Blvd. Most of the chicks in there dont know how to do the fade but the one who does mine is great. Her name is Phoung, I think. I go in every Sunday so I'm not sure what other days she works. Haircut is $14 but with military discount its $12.

I go to a place in Escondido called Nga's Salon. They do a good job and aren't too expensive either. For a haircut and a wash it is $12.00.

Tony, just check out Bow Ties and Haircuts on the Island. They're on Orange and 9th near the bike shop. If you don't mind waiting Manny in there hooks it up nicely and they charge like $13.

Tony, it took me a while to find a good place in Carmel Mtn. to, but I found a good spot. The Haircut Store, it's in the same parking lot as Home Depot, and Pat & Oscars on Carmel Mtn Rd. They are a little bit more($18) but worth it to get your shit done right.

The girl that cuts my hair is Angie. She's a cute little blonde(I mean tiny) and totally cool. She knows who I am, so if you go, tell I said to hook you up.

***Oh, and if she likes you, she'll wash your hair a little longer :tup2:. I love when chicks wash my hair when getting my hair cut.

I have Mayra, a few doors down in Coronado. (for $9.00) I need someone up here in RB so when I forget during the week, I don't have to drive all the way down there on the weekend.
