Timing chains, you usually do them and the guides when the trans is out.

the H&R/Bilstein setup is great, made the car handle SOO much better. but with most suspension you have to sacrifice some comfort. its definetly rougher than stock but nothing too bad

OH and update, i did more maintainence on the car by replacing the stock motor mounts with OEM ones since they were starting to go out. So who ever buys this wont have to worry about those for a longgg time.. savin that person a good 500$
