:drama:Anyone bend the hoood latch? I was installing my eurojet today, cleaned up, oput bumper back on go to close hood, and wam! Hood doesnt close. I compared latches to a buddies, and the safety latch part bent back preventing hood from closing. I bent it back, but it bends back too easily.

Is there a tech here that know how much a new latch is, and how to adjust it properly so the hood will close?

Im scared to take it to the dealer cause the fmic mounts to the part that attaches to the latch, and it kinda pivots off that point.

So anyone know the price if a new latch, and has this happened to anyone else?

New latch prices are expensive. Few hundred dollars I believe. My hood flew up on the freeway a year ago. So all I can say is don't drive. It was scary shit.
