New to the VW world (have been driving an A4 for the last 4 years). I am trying to find the best dealer in San Diego to bring my R32 in for warranty work.

Sorry if this topic has been addressed - I could not find anything in my search.

i'd also like to know. preferably a dealer that doesn't care all that much about mods.

city isn't all that mod friendly i don't believe. i've had my issues with miramar, but they have NEVER tripped over mods, and my car has a few.

The General Service Manager is not so nice, but the regular service managers are cool.

Thanks for the replies...

Besides the sometimes bad attitude of the service people how is the quality of the work! Will they mess up my car (scratch, ding, replace with wrong part, etc) and do the repair correct?

after going to a couple of different dealers, they basically all make mistakes. my car has been damaged at multiple dealerships. they have all taken care of the problems without any hassle really, so my advice would just be to go to the one closest and if you don't like them, move out from there. also, check you car before dropping it off and then again when picking it up at the dealer so as to catch any problems.

I need tranny work done on mine does any one know of a good place? I went to City to fix it the first time a couple of months ago and they were cool about everything but because of all the stuff on my car they said that it was a one time warranty deal. So now I need to go some place else. Thanks!!
