I'll be there with my vag-com. Don't worry about paying. We usually have a few vag-coms floating around out there.
If you ask around near the front of the tea shop for Lon (Bugzy) or Tony (me) someone will get you to one of us.
Edit:
What kind of car do you have BTW? Try to find the information we need to do your windows in case I don't have time to find it. Worst case they have internet access at Fusion.

Can this be done with a 2000 GTi? I've seen the one time use applicants that code through the port, but can it be done with a vag as well?

I don't think it works on your car but I could be wrong. I know one of the new beetle guys on here had to use little modules from alientech or something to get his windows to work with the remote. On the other hand, my car has a bunch of common parts with the new beetle and it works on my car. It all depends on the ECU and the modules installed. The MkV cars have a friggin ton of options in their ecu.
If somone chimes in that it can be done, find me at the GTG and I'll help you out.

Cool... I should be able to figure that out. I've helped a few newer dub owners already.

As ncttrnl said above, it can't be done without installing a new module.
See this thread for more info.

Yeah I've seen the alientech module; let me find a link to what I am talking about, it flashes your ECU for a one time use to use your remote. here it is:

Then no it can't be done with a VAG-COM since that actually flashes the ECU. From their own FAQ (http://www.szkvw.com/english/qa.htm):
7. Can I use the vag-com cable to enable the "one touch" function?
No! It is the EPROM flash so can not use the vag-com cable to enable the function. But for the OEM "hold on" effect did have special way to enable it, such as by VDS. But different cars have different values and if you get wrong value it will hurt your cars ECU, and even if you get the correct value it is still almost impossible for the average person, or even knowledgeable vagcom user/vag hobbyist to enable the function. See how ross-tech say: http://www.ross-tech.com/vag-com/faq_4.html#4.14

I don't think I would risk damaging my ecu to auto-roll up my windows. But that's just me. Flashing the ecu needlessly generally not a good thing.

She was referring to Streamline's suggestion of actually reflashing the ECU which only applies to MkIV's ... you drive a newer MkV car so it's not a problem as it doesn't require any new software to be loaded, just a simple value changed in your computer.
