hmm. me and my perdicaments

I get the eurojet installed. However, hood latch bent. I can limp to dealer, but scared to ask them to put new one on under warranty. I am pretty sure, the intercooler didn't cause the latch to bend, but me taking the latch and messing with it might have made it off alignment. Do I just have them look at it?

It was fine before, but I put the stock rebar back on to make sure nothing else bent, and the stock rebar fit fine. i think I might have bent it, then messed up the alignment. Oh yeah. This is the second latch. The first one broke when my dad tried to close it at the dealership right before we went inside to sign our lives away.( So I might try to use that in my defense.

dood, just buy one, and put a new one on, then if something happens, be like "well you guys touched the latch last" anyone with any bit of mech knowledge can put it on, hell it looks like you know your way around a tool box yourself lol. :D

btw, sik intercooler, whats the gain?

Have you done it before. I sat there for a few hours just bending the metal on it and trying different approaches on where the latch should sit (should have marked the relation beofre I took it off.)
