I really didn't get that good of a look. He ripped by me doing 40 in a 25 and I had to swerve to avoid him since he was in the middle of the road coming around a blind corner.

I'm sure I was specific enough. I figured he might recognize me. I was the guy in the silver TT that flipped him off. Not to be confused with the couple out for a walk with their kids in strollers that also made angry gestures.
